Shipping FAQ
All orders are shipped in unmarked boxes or envelopes. No one will ever know what's inside. We typically ship orders within 24-48 business hours. We ship most via USPS and tracking will be emailed with order shipment confirmation. We ship orders weekdays, Monday through Friday from our Miami, Florida location. You can email us atsupport@weedgets.comwith any shipping related questions. If you provide wrong address you may be charged for new order shipment.
Where do you ship to?
Weedgets merchandise can be ordered online at Weedgets.com and can be shipped anywhere in the world. With international orders, you are responsible for any customs duty fees.
How long will my order take?
It can take 2-3 business days from the date of purchase for the order to be processed (weekends do not apply as business days). Our cut-off time for sending orders out is 3 PM (PST), Monday - Friday.
Please note, customers may experience a delay in their orders due to the postal services being at max capacity. This is outside of our control and shipping charges can not be refunded.
My package was not delivered although the status says delivered. What should I do?
Once a package/order has been processed and shipped by USPS, we are not liable for any lost or stolen items. We recommend checking out these tips:
- Allow 36 business hours from the date of said deliverance for the package to arrive
- Check the surrounding area for the package
- Someone else may have accepted the delivery for you
- There may have been a notice of attempted delivery
- Contact your local USPS with your tracking number
Why did my order not go through but it took money out of my account?
If the billing address and shipping address do not match, then the order will not process successfully.Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution for the funds to reflect back into your account.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return any unused items within 30 days of the date of delivery. You must contact us within 30 days of the date of delivery, or we will not accept the return. We only accept unused items in original packaging. If the item comes in it's own packaging we will only accept a return if it is unopened. Do not try to return a used item. Even if you used it once, we will not take it.

Is Medical Grade Silicone Safe to Smoke from?
This is a very important question when you are about to purchase any silicone pipe or a bong.
The first thing you have to remember is that all WEEDGETS pipes use borosilicate glass bowls or surgical high temperature steel for the burning of the flower. Silicone bodies of the pipes are just transferring much lower temperature smoke. There are a lot of studies that have been done on this, and the conclusion is always the same – silicone is one of the safest materials to use for cooking or smoking due to its very high melting point temperature. Please know that we only use Medical Grade silicone, which is one grade higher than the food grade silicone many people are using to cook with.

How do I clean a silicone pipe?
All of our medical grade silicone products can be easily cleaned by disassembling and submerging in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 20-30 minutes (can be soaked overnight), then thoroughly rinsed with hot tap water.
If you accidentally use 91% or 99.9% isopropyl alcohol (it's okay!) You can sprinkle all surfaces with baking powder and let absorb for 2-3 hours. This will remove any alcohol residue. Then rinse thoroughly with hot water. You can also clean with a grease removing dish soap.
Am I able to purchase wholesale/bulk?
Wholesale or bulk orders are only available to licensed retailers.
